Ingredients

Storing REN LP
This jar contains a sealed foil pouch. Once foil pouch is opened, content should be used within 3 weeks. Please do not empty contents of the foil into the container. For extra protection, continue to keep the foil pouch inside the jar. After use, close the lid of the jar and store in a cool, dry place (not in refrigerator).
Preparing REN LP
To prepare a 236mL serving providing 438 calories, pour 170mL of clean, sterilr water (room temperature or warm (<35°C (95°F)) in a glass and gradually add 9 level scoops (enclosed) or 87 grams of powder while stirring and mix until dissolved. Once mixed, unused Ren LP should be refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
Using REN LP
For ORAL USE, may be used for total (4-5 servings per day) or supplement (1-2 servings per day) nutrition and fed chilled at room temperature. If desired, Ren LP can be heated, but do not boil or heat in a microwsave oven.
For TUBE FEEDING, may be delivered by gravity or by pump. The flow rate and volume depend on patient condition and tolerance. Administer Ren LP with a pump at room temperature with an 8 Fr or larger tube. Additional fluid requirements can be met by giving supplemental water. Care should be taken to avoid contamination of Ren LP powder during preparation and administration.
